Returns

We accept returns within 7–14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • It may take a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you received a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (if applicable)
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
