All products are shipped with a minimum of 6 months remaining shelf life. Most products have a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging — for example, "12M" means the product should be used within 12 months of opening. We never ship near-expiry stock.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@kglows.ca with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Please do not ship anything back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item we sent, we cover the return shipping cost in full. If you're returning because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 days for the funds to appear in your account.

We're so sorry if your order arrived damaged. Please photograph the damaged item and packaging and email us at hello@kglows.ca within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.
